What the program is.

Apply
Applications open by cohort. Apply to AHEAD Start (entry- and mid-level) or AHEAD Lead (more experienced). No fee.
Select & enrol
A short assessment-based selection. Successful applicants are enrolled and placed into a cohort with a persistent peer group.
Onboard
Set a baseline and build a starting profile. This is how we measure the distance you travel — it doesn't affect your final result.
Learn
The gated curriculum: Identity, then Business, then AI. Each area locks until the previous one is complete.
Certify
Complete the required path to earn one AHEAD completion certificate, plus a badge for every Specialist track you finish.
Get to work
Top performers onboard into Peralta AI as Foresighters — paid service work for real clients. Every other graduate leaves certified and ready to freelance independently.
